We are looking for a caretaker in our apartment to supervise the daily route jobs and manage the operations .

Eligibility:  Should be able to read and write English and Malayalam and no need to have fluency in English . People with better knowledge in Hindi is prefered, so as to speak to the securties and workers from other states.  

Age limit : 32 to 65 , Healthy person

Must have a 2 wheeler.

Work timings: 8 am to 5 or 8.30 am to 5.30 am, Sunday will be holiday.

Monthlysalary : Rs.12000/- to Rs .13000/-, based on the performance
